Sabrina Cicchi

Sabrina is a multifaceted entrepreneur, serving as the CEO of Jump Jet LLC and Chief Tech Officer for The Option LLC. She was also the founder and driving force behind ExecAssist Virtual Leverage, which she successfully grew into a nationally recognized platform before its sale in July 2025. At that time, she stepped back from her role as Managing Partner, marking a strategic transition in her career to focus on scaling new ventures and advancing The Option’s technology platforms.

Before embarking on her entrepreneurial journey, Sabrina held pivotal roles, including Vice President of the Board of Directors and Operations Manager at the Marine Gift Shop in Okinawa, Japan, from 2018 to 2020. Her expertise lies in building robust tech systems, refining processes, and training teams to leverage these systems effectively across websites, lead generation, CRMs, and social media platforms. Renowned as an industry leader in digitization and automation, Sabrina continues to spearhead efforts to scale businesses for both immediate impact and long-term sustainability. Moreover, she is a passionate advocate for small business owners, championing their pursuit of a life crafted by design.

At the core of Sabrina's leadership philosophy is her commitment to developing teams into dynamic leaders. She employs change management models to empower virtual assistant leaders, fostering an environment centered on diversity, vision, relationships, and progress. Her relentless dedication extends to designing innovative solutions, engaging the business community, enabling the workforce, and fostering cultural transformation to sustain change effectively.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Sabrina has been deeply involved in nonprofit initiatives at every duty station since 2006. Most recently, she founded the Bahrain School Booster Club, building a supportive network for student-athletes and the band program to ensure equal opportunities and stronger ties between military and local communities. Her contributions over the years have impacted thousands of families within both military and civilian spheres, ranging from Key Volunteer positions, Managing Director of the Marine Gift Shop in Okinawa to Vice President of a local Soccer Clubs. Sabrina's diverse background underscores her unwavering commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Sabrina is originally from Severn, Maryland married to a US Marine and mother of 3.  She was a Division 1 athlete graduating Cum Laude with a degree in International Business – Importing and Exporting from Strayer University in 2003.
